Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is shipped to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in the original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Not have or have had bindings mounted, drilled, or glued

  • The item must be in the original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items (if marked or purchased with a sale discount)

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Perishable goods (if applicable)

  • Skis that have or have had ski bindings mounted, drilled or glued

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

An experienced ski technician should be used for mounting ski bindings and setting DIN's. ThreeBond 1401B thread locking adhesive must be used when mounting bindings to skis. Failure to use ThreeBond 1401B may void the manufacturers warranty. 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Exchanges

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Request an Exchange

  • Your order number

  • The item you wish to exchange

  • The replacement item (size, colour, etc.)

  • The reason for the requested exchange 

Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

Processing Exchanges

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Your replacement item will be shipped within 3–5 business days.

If the replacement item costs more, you will be asked to pay the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference.
